## Job description

岗位职责
- 面向支行理财经理和厅堂服务人员，承担银保相关的销售人员活动量辅导、销售技能培训、营销活动举办和大客户陪访等工作职责；
- 对接银保业务，全力协助支行长达成银保目标。 任职资格 1.2-5年或以上从事金融或银保工作经验； 2.能够独立开展银保销售、组织大型沙龙和产说会、研发典范案例及讲授课程；
- 遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良纪录。
