## Job description

岗位职责

### 理赔一体化作业
- 负责车险/非车事故现场勘察、推修、服务、真实性/责任核实、车人物农定损理赔、调查、案件跟踪等。

### 理赔管理
- 负责客户行为特征研究、赔付成本、理赔服务、效率、经营支持、薪酬分析、重点项目指标分解跟踪通报等，支持各专业团队进行系统规则优化与建模分析，数字化转型模型搭建和优化、风险控制及合规审计等。

### 理赔诉讼
- 负责诉讼案件调查、应诉准备、庭审、质证、调解、诉后处理等。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业
- 优先考虑材料科学、电子信息、能源动力、电气工程、环境工程、机械自动化、船舶与海洋、农学、医学类、法学类、数统计算机类专业。

### 其它
- 有理赔运营岗工作经验优先，具备有驾驶证优先更佳。
