## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助行研中心的统筹管理与日常运营，推动行研相关工作的开展；
- 处理行研中心各类行政及业务事务，包括会议组织、材料整理、进度跟踪等；
- 独立或参与相关课题研究，撰写高质量的行业研究报告、专题分析及政策建议；跟踪国内外宏观经济、金融政策、银行业发展趋势，及时输出专业研判；
- 协助行研中心做好行业客户的营销推动；
- 配合完成上级交办的其他研究支持与协调工作。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、统计、管理等相关专业优先；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉银行业务体系及金融监管政策；具备较强的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel、Python等工具者优先；具备良好的报告撰写能力，逻辑清晰，文字表达准确；

### 经验要求
- 有金融机构、咨询公司或研究机构工作经验者优先；

### 综合素质
- 具备较强的学习能力、调查分析能力、文字写作能力、业务协调能力和工作组织能力；具备良好的个人品质、职业道德修养及较强的敬业精神，无违法及金融违规记录。
