## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对所辖团队的整体管理，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下开展业务；
- 负责达成所辖团队的销售任务 ；
- 负责业务拓展，并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融-银行行业，有3-5年鞍山分行对公业务团队长工作经验，22-40岁以下；
- 抗压能力、沟通协调和推动执行能力强，有一定管理能力，善于团队搭建；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
