## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责拟定本团队的业务计划和实施方案，带领团队完成业务指标，提升团队业绩水平；
- 带领团队开拓渠道、维护与合作渠道、战略客户的关系；
- 负责团队内客户经理的日常管理、销售推动、产能管理、业务培训、品质管理和资产管理等，保持团队的稳健发展。 任职资格
- 原则上本科以上学历，有3年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验；
- 优秀的团队管理能力和市场开拓能力，较强的风险识别和解决问题的能力；
- 从业历史记录佳，经办的贷款未产生不良。
