## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹社区家庭健康试点项目全周期规划与落地推进，搭建可标准化复制的项目运营框架，统筹产品、医疗、运营、市场岗位协同，复用公司行政、财务等后台资源保障项目运转。
- 对接属地卫健委、医保、院校、合作机构等核心政企资源，牵头商务洽谈，负责合作协议拟定、项目投产评估与配套政策调整，维护长期政企合作关系。
- 全面管控项目实施进度、医疗合规风险、运营成本与整体盈亏目标，组织每周项目例会协调跨岗位问题，建立项目全流程闭环管控机制。
- 复盘试点经营全维度数据，输出项目经营分析报告，沉淀项目落地 SOP 与标准化模板，形成可复制范本支撑后续多区域拓点铺设。 任职资格 1. 具备社区康养、基层医疗行业从业背景者优先考虑。 2. 5 年以上康养门店 / 社区健康试点项目全盘操盘经验，熟悉长护险、医保、残联属地相关政策，掌握政企合作项目落地全流程模式。 3. 具备优秀全局统筹、商务谈判与多方协调能力，可独立对接政企单位，妥善处置项目经营、医疗合规类突发问题。 4. 具备成熟项目经营思维，擅长进度、成本、盈亏一体化管控，具备数据复盘与标准化体系搭建能力，可输出可复制项目运营标准。
