## Job description

岗位职责
- 独立策划对公客户的营销方案并组织实施；对行业和市场经济信息进行调查、分析，提出行业政策指引、营销策略和客户战略；分析和研究公司金融市场；
- 维护当前的客户关系，负责银行与对公客户的沟通，及时推广我行新业务和最适合客户的业务，保证与价值客户的长期合作；
- 对经管的客户进行日常的贷后检查；
- 在领导的安排下对团队初级成员提供必要的培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 两年以上公司产品销售、管理经验，熟悉银行信贷业务和企业财务分析；
- 具有较强的市场敏感度、优秀的业务拓展能力和沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强，团队意识强；
- 认同平安文化，职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为；
- 符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
