## Job description

岗位职责 1.

### 营销活动策划与执行

-深入了解各条线业务情况及市场营销需求，针对性制定市场营销方案，包括组织策划定期或不定期的营销活动，并落地执行。 2、行销辅助品制定及落地： -针对业务需求，结合业务场景，制定行销辅助品的计划、选品、执行及追踪。 3.、行业协会维护及合作： -有效维护行业协会关系，并进行资源挖掘；借力协议资源，结合 业务需求，制定协会合作方案并落地执行，有效提升行业声量。 4、数据监测与效果评估： -追踪监测营销活动核心数据，定期输出分析报告，评估投入产出，提出优化建议。 任职资格

### 基础条件 -教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先。 -工作经验：3年以上市场营销、活动等经验者优先。
- 专业知识与技能 -具备独立策划活动并独立活动执行的能力。 -具备良好的文案功底和视觉审美，能熟练运用Office、基础设计软件或图文制作工具。

### 核心胜任素质 -项目执行与协同能力
- 具备出色的项目推动力和跨部门协调能力，能高效整合资源，确保活动落地。 -人际沟通与渠道服务意识：具备优秀的沟通表达能力，能有效支持业务伙伴，建立良好合作关系。
