## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公募、理财、存款、复杂产品的推动，根据总行产品推动节奏及要求，并结合分行实际利润及销售指标要求，做好产品的落地推广、推动，实现产品销售，提升资产规模；
- 推动队伍从单一产品销售向从客户视角出发的资产配置转型，发挥产品顾问“专科医生”、投资顾问“全科医生”联动效能，推动私财客户产品渗透率、财富健康度提升；
- 研究分行本地私钻客群和主要渠道产品需求、搜集同业市场产品信息，与总行产品、推动、投顾团队对接和及时反馈；
- 承担当地分行产品中台角色，推动投研、投顾、投后服务在分行落地，统筹负责分行产品培训。配合总行及片区、对所属机构相关产品进行培训、督导及推动；
- 国债业务监管对接。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上银行工作经验，具备产品经理经验者优先；
- 市场敏感度高，目标感强，具备较强的学习创新能力、组织协调能力和团队合作意识；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力和文字表达能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无处罚记录。
