## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司确定的年度管理提升主题，牵头协调相关部门开展年度管理提升工作，达到年度管理提升项目目标
- 根据部门运营分析以及其它分析成果，或者公司领导交办，对相关运营管理专题进行分析研究，成立管理提升专项项目组，提出合适的解决方案，在公司决策后推进相关部门落实
- 根据公司业务发展和管理需要，优化公司流程管理框架体系，建立业务和管理流程，有效保障公司业务的顺畅开展
- 对流程运行过程进行分析，诊断分析流程问题，提出解决方案，对流程进行持续优化
- 根据各部门提出的流程调整需求，与相关部门沟通协调，明确职责，确保流程有效管控
- 持续对公司运营管理事项进行分析和监控，寻找差距进行管理改进，以期持续改善公司运营管理
- 对流程绩效进行监控分析，通过数据分析推动流程持续优化，促进业务开展
- 建立和持续推广合理化建议平台，收集公司全体同事意见建议，对合适的建议进行沟通协调，推进落实 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.3-10年相关工作经验
