## Job description

岗位职责

一、 对银行总部政策、指标、数据等研究和分析，尤其是零售银行信用卡业务、营收、生息。

二、 根据管理需要，提供信用卡专项经营分析报告及财务测算结果，通过数据分析形成建议，为管理层提供决策支持。

三、 制定各销售条线、市场条线、二级分中心绩效考核指标，并组织推动绩效过程管理和阶段绩效考核，针对考核结果进行总结分析。

四、 优化各销售条线、市场条线数据指标报表，逐步推动制式化及系统化追踪体系，为业务提供全面数据分析支持。

五、 上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格

一、 2年以上经营管理类、统计类、数据分析工作经验；

二、 较强的逻辑分析、数据处理、报告撰写、归纳总结能力，能熟练使用excel、power bi或python进行数据分析，并熟练使用PPT汇报呈现；

三、 能够独立完成各项数据处理、经营分析等工作，有零售银行、信用卡、金融、市场分析、财务分析等相关工作经验；

四、 责任心强、具备团队协作精神，善于沟通协调，对新鲜事物好奇心强，具备不断学习调整的能力；

五、 具备基本金融产品知识，抗压能力强，无违规违约记录。
