## Job description

岗位职责

### 总行策略承接
- 学习并掌握总行 产品及策略，赋能本地项目转化， 推动目标超额达成，负责项目对接、 商务洽谈、报告撰写等；

### 队伍赋能
- 对所负责的客户经理， 通过培训、陪访、陪练、策略复盘， 推动其重点产品发放目标超额达成， 队伍产能提升作为核心考核指标；

### 合规把关
- 自主拓客，与渠道业 务隔离，防止虚假作业和挂单套利。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 专业能力强，具备1年普惠或对公经验，熟悉本地特色商圈行业/产业链现状，可以协助挖掘筛选本地优质商圈客群，并识别风险；
- 产品体系的搭建能力强，熟悉零贷产品体系，及企业全生命周期的经营需求，能够协助做好一线专业培训、优化现有的产品政策，并结合本地特色制定本地化政策；
- 具备一定的营销服务能力，能够通过陪访促成业绩转化；
