## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责

（1）负责商保客户到院后的服务衔接、权益核销与全流程服务交付 （2）对接各院区运营团队，确保客户服务流程顺畅，体验一致 （3）按产品类型分线上权益和线下场景两条线运营，确保两类产品均有专人负责 （4）负责院区内部宣导、服务流程优化与客户体验设计 （5）建立服务交付SOP，确保服务标准化与可复制 任职资格 任职要求： （1）具备3年以上客户运营、服务交付或活动策划经验 （2）有医疗健康或保险行业客户服务经验者优先 （3）熟悉线上权益运营或线下医疗服务场景者优先
