## Job description

岗位职责

### 一、核心开发经验要求

（一）多外部接口对接与整合经验 需具备丰富的外部接口对接、整合及联调经验，熟悉接口开发规范、数据交互格式，能够独立完成以下核心外部接口的对接工作，保障接口通信稳定、数据传输准确、业务流程顺畅：

### 政务接口
- 医保局各类业务接口（如医保信息查询、医保结算、电子医保凭证校验、医保数据同步等），熟悉医保相关接口规范与对接流程；

### 行业合作接口
- 医院相关业务接口（如患者信息同步、诊疗数据对接、医疗结算对接等），具备医疗健康、医保相关行业接口对接经验者优先；
- 具备接口异常处理、容错机制设计、数据加密传输相关经验，能够解决接口对接过程中的兼容性、稳定性问题。 （二）多端协同开发经验 需具备PC端、移动端（APP端）及微信小程序协同开发经验，熟悉多端技术架构差异，能够独立完成PC端后台管理系统、移动端APP、微信小程序的功能开发、联调及优化工作，保障多端功能同步、数据互通、交互体验统一，具备多端适配、兼容调试相关项目实操经验，熟练掌握微信小程序开发规范、接口对接及发布流程。 （三）多硬件设备对接经验 需具备各类硬件设备对接开发经验，熟练掌握硬件 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有保险经验优先；
- 有智慧医保、医疗健康相关系统全流程开发经验，熟悉医保业务逻辑、行业规范及相关政策者优先；
- 具备多端、多设备、多接口整合项目实操经验，有完整项目落地案例，能够独立推进项目对接、联调及上线工作者优先；
- 熟悉AI辅助开发工具，能够借助AI提升开发效率，适配AI敏捷研发模式者优先。
