## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责在当地机构支持企康业务开拓和管理；
- 负责当地市场排摸、项目储备的信息收集，跟踪当地企康市场最新政策动向；
- 负责分支机构的企康业务数据统计分析，形成分析报告；
- 负责陪同年金客户经理完成客户拜访，对客户进行现场介绍和沟通；
- 组织分支机构年金客户经理开展企康产品的线上、线下培训；
- 定期追踪分支机构企康业务目标完成进展，确保销售目标的达成。 任职资格 1、本科或以上学历； 2、有团体保险业务推动经验或者健康管理从业经验。
