## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责中小微企业贷款业务及小微企业主、个体工商户、农户等个人经营贷款业务营销拓展，完成个人业务指标。
- 开展存贷款业务、结算业务、中间业务等金融产品的营销与客户经营。
- 受理客户贷款申请，完成贷前调查工作，落实合规与风险管理要求。
- 管理和维护客户关系，提高客户综合贡献度和忠诚度，落实贷后管理工作及逾期本息催收。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年银行或金融行业工作经验。
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力。
- 有对公或普惠金融业务工作经验，市场拓展能力强，工作业绩优秀者优先考虑。
- 品行端正，诚实守信，无违规违纪和违法犯罪记录。
- 符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
