## Job description

岗位职责 1、对接业务团队，协助业务制定并推动医健服务产品的营销策略，推动产品在目标市场的销售增长。 2，负责协助业务团队维护现有客户关系，挖掘潜在客户，提升客户对医健服务产品的认知、转化以及推动使用 3，协助客户服务落地，包含招投标推动，协议签约，流程梳理，服务协调等 4，分析医健服务产品的市场动态及竞争对手情况，提供改进建议，优化产品推广方案。 5，协助策划并执行线上线下营销活动，提升品牌影响力和客户粘性。

### 任职资格 教育背景

市场营销，保险，医学，健康管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

### 工作经验

1-3年保险，健康管理，医疗或相关行业的市场营销经验，熟悉保险产品及市场运作优先。

### 专业技能

具备优秀的沟通能力，客户关系管理能力和市场洞察
