## Job description

岗位职责
- 面向渠道定期培训专业医学知识，提高业务专业能力；
- 熟练掌握产品、服务及相关医学专业知识，协同业务像前线宣导、答疑；
- 结合业务推动节奏提供服务协助业务发展；
- 负责服务产品推动，共担医健服务等其他评估指标； 任职资格
- 有专业医学背景，对常见疾病、治疗方式、设备及药品有一定了解或能够快速学习了解，并能够向非专业人员进行讲解传递；
- 有营销经验或营销理念，能够向销售端传递专业医学信息，结合业务需求负责渠道销售协同工作；
- 能够制作讲课所需的PPT、宣传页、小视频等材料，熟练掌握办公软件的应用
- 有合规意识和风险意识，能够把握工作底线，实事求是，具备良好的协调沟通能力及；
- 具备较强学习能力，能够快速学习掌握新兴医学信息和保险知识，并能够融汇运用
