## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责人才绩效部数字化平台的全生命周期管理，对接业务和科技，能提供满足业务需求解决方案，并高效管理科技团队；
- 负责HR人才绩效相关的平台产品规划、设计、交付与持续优化，覆盖PC端/APP端；推动共性能力沉淀与差异化规则设计，逐步提升平台标准化、产品化和可配置能力；
- 推动AI、Agent等能力在人才绩效相关场景的落地应用，跟踪AI行业趋势和竞品动态，探索AI与人工协同的新型服务模式；
- 基于服务数据、用户声音和业务反馈，识别问题并挖掘根因，推动流程简化和产品体验优化。 任职资格
- 产品经理经验>5年
- 具备前中后台产品经验，有平台智能化（如搜索、推荐、智能体）产品设计和落地经验优先，有将复杂业务流程线上化的经验优先，有数据治理经验优先
- 具备用户思维和产品基础方法论、擅长应用AI工具（如Codex、ChatGPT等）优先
