## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责达成公司规定的个人业绩目标及品质指标
- 管理并经营推荐人，提升推荐人活跃率和产能
- 掌握售前、售中、售后实务流程及相关知识，及时解决推荐人在注册、推荐、展业过程中的问题
- 参与培训，及时反馈所掌握的客户、市场动态等信息 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、创新、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
