## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹分公司人员年度预算的制定，预算执行情况的监控和分析
- 负责人员定薪方案及薪酬管理细则的制定
- 负责人员薪酬计算、调整及发放
- 负责具体实施分公司年度薪酬规划，严格按照总公司薪酬管理系统进行集中发薪作业
- 公司系统中与薪酬相关模块的操作与维护
- 负责具体执行内外部社保、公积金及福利相关要求
- 领导安排的其他相关工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计相关专业优先；
- 具备较好的数据敏感度和数据处理能力，熟练掌握excel、ppt等办公软件；
- 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力
