## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动所匹配支行达成保险中收目标，完成任务考核；牵头组织分、支行保险沙龙并参与主讲工作。
- 组织面向所匹配支行RM、WSM和运营同事或私行分中心PB的保险销售技能培训和产品训练；及时协助所匹配支行RM、WSM和运营同事或私行分中心PB开展大单陪访；协助所匹配支行RM，WSM和运营同事或私行分中心PB按照意向客户的实际情况制定符合客户需求的产品计划书。
- 完成总行、分行每周、月、季的重点工作安排；严格遵守监管合规要求和公司内部的相关规定。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有5-10年杭州分行银保IFP团队长工作经验， 2.担任项目管理、销售管理，
