## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主及个人信用类产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备1年以上零售贷款、普惠、对公工作经验或3年以上营销经验；
- 熟悉银行信贷工作、有金融业务拓展意愿及能力，合规及风险意识强；
- 有成熟的渠道获客或场景获客经验及资源者优先。
