## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责落实总分行战略导向，编制并规划分行年度预算，定期出具分行经营分析报告；
- 负责实施分行考核追踪评价体系，按月计算考核结果，督促落后指标，促进全行预算目标的达成；
- 根据分行业务现状及需要，协同业务部门开展有针对性的专题分析，为分行经营发展提出改善意见及建议；
- 负责日常领导交派的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机类专业优先；
- 熟练运用EXCEL公式，具有一定的数据处理能力和分析能力；
- 具备数字敏感度，有报告写作能力，能积极主动发现、分析和解决问题；
- 具有较好的沟通及学习能力，思维清晰，逻辑性强，抗压能力强，有执行能力和团队精神；
- 有一线工作经历优先；
- 无严重违规违纪记录和不良从业记录。
