## Job description

岗位职责 业务发展与收入增长
- 制定并执行东南亚地区的业务发展策略，确定优先市场、目标客户及增长机会。
- 建立和管理合格的销售漏斗，以实现既定的收入、订单及新客户获取目标。
- 识别、筛选并拓展企业软件、数字化转型、技术实施及咨询服务方面的机会。
- 发展新的客户关系，同时扩大与现有客户及战略合作伙伴的业务合作。
- 负责从潜在客户开拓和需求筛选，到方案定位、提案开发、商业谈判及合同签署的全销售周期管理。
- 编制客户计划、销售预测及漏斗报告，维护准确的CRM记录。 客户关系与高层互动
- 利用既定的专业网络及行业联系人资源，为潜在客户打开大门，加速商机开发。
- 与保险公司及金融机构的C-suite高管（包括CEO、CIO、CTO、COO及各业务负责人）建立互信关系。
- 与技术领导力层、企业架构师、IT团队、数字化转型负责人及业务利益相关者互动，深入了解客户的优先事项与挑战。
- 主导高层级讨论，将业务目标与可衡量的商业及运营成果联系起来。
- 与客户建立长期关系，将本公司定位为战略性的技术与咨询合作伙伴。 任职资格
- 在保险科技、金融科技、保险技术、金融服务技术或企业软件领域，拥有至少5年相关的业务发展或企业销售经验。
- 具有向企业客户销售软件解决方案、技术平台、数字化转型项目及/或咨询服务的可验证经验。
- 深刻理解保险业务、其运营模式、价值链及相关技术要求。
- 在东南亚保险或金融服务行业拥有既定的客户关系资源，并能接触到高层决策者。
- 具有与C-suite高管及高层业务和技术利益相关者互动的成功经验。
- 在发掘商机、管理复杂销售周期、谈判合同及达成企业交易方面展现出成功记录。
- 具备敏锐的商业头脑、出色的演示技巧，以及阐述业务价值而非单纯技术功能的能力。
- 优秀的沟通、谈判、利益相关者管理及人际关系建立技巧。
- 能够独立工作，管理区域销售漏斗，并在以目标驱动的环境中高效运作。
- 愿意根据需要在东南亚地区出差。
