## Job description

岗位职责
- 分人群增员方案制定；推动县域、乡镇及农村地区增员；网点合作管理及维护；
- 团队长选拔、入职、辅导等；每日业绩追踪；绩优人员培养；非车专团组建及培养等；
- 业务陪展、出单及理赔咨询；节点活动宣导及落地执行，推动代理人开单及产能提升；
- 创保网核心功能推广、代理人活跃及留存提升等；
- 代理人线上线下培训，包括新人培训、产品培训等。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历;
- 社会新招聘需40周岁以下；
- 具有较强的销售能力和良好的服务意识；
- 具有良好的组织协调能力；
- 具有一定的培训、管理能力。
