## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务推动。日常业务分析、方案宣导及追踪兑现；业务政策宣导及咨询；短险产说会组织实施、行销工具管理等。
- 辅导训练。业务员展业辅导及产品培训。
- 与相关部门沟通协调。包括相关契约，保全问题件沟通与追踪等。
- 领导安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，保险金融等相关专业优先；
- 具备团队辅导及管理、产品推动等经验；
- 具备较好的沟通协调及数据分析能力。
