## Job description

岗位职责

### 团单定价
- 对团体保险业务核保材料、数据进行解读分析，完成风险评估定价；

### 协议拟定与核保处理
- 团体保险业务协议拟定、系统定义，承保和保全核保问题件沟通处理；

### 队伍支持赋能
- 向业务条线专业赋能，提供核保技术支持（包括但不限于：咨询、参与招投标、陪同展业等）；

### 政策收集调研
- 了解收集当地保险相关政策、行业竞争情况调研，制定属地化的定价策略；

### 品质管理
- 分公司团体业务品质分析及管控措施的建议和落实。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学、保险学、精算专业等相关专业优先
- 有3年以上核保项目相关经验
- 具备并掌握风险管控，利润管控等专业能力和工具方法
- 细心严谨、心态开放、有责任心
