## Job description

岗位职责
- 用户增长运营（金融+医疗双线） 负责金融（保险/信贷/理财等）和医疗健康（在线问诊/健康管理/AI医生等）场景的用户增长策略制定与执行，覆盖拉新、促活、留存、转化全生命周期
- 活动运营 负责金融及医疗健康场景S级/A级活动的策划、统筹与落地，包括但不限于品牌大促、节日营销、场景交叉营销、异业合作等
- 预算管理与ROI优化 统筹管理年度运营预算（千万级以上），制定预算分配策略与使用计划 建立预算使用监控机制与ROI评估模型，定期复盘预算使用效率，动态优化资源配置
- 数据驱动与AI赋能 搭建业务数据看板与监控体系，通过数据分析发现增长机会与问题瓶颈 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上C端客户级互联网产品运营经验，有AI 产品经验为佳； 2、7年以上互联网/金融科技行业运营经验，其中至少3年用户增长运营经验 3、具备金融或医疗健康领域的运营经验（保险/信贷/理财 + 在线医疗/健康管理/AI医生等）
