## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓并维护外部渠道进行批量获客和直营拓客；
- 进行相关贷款业务经办承接和贷后管理；
- 聚焦商机营销、存量客户经营和贷后服务；
- 维护客户关系、提升客户粘度，确保业务品质及合规服务，防范业务风险；
- 作为第一道防线配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 具备1年以上银行工作经验，具有较强的市场外拓获客能力；
- 服务营销能力强，积极进取，目标导向、纪律及合规意识强；
- 具备较好的抗压能力，具有良好的团队协助意识与态度。
