## Job description

岗位职责

### 营销推动
- 业务及产品推动，线上激励方案、营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估；

### 线上化管理协同
- 负责创保线上化管理动作的落地，包括个代线上培训、增员的推动；在本机构推动社群管理、内容营销等工作；
- 负责人力、保费、开单率、团队管理等指标达成与追踪；
- 负责个代团队培训开展，产品、政策宣导等相关培训工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年工作经验；
- 有销售或管理经验者优先；
- 具有较强的业务公关能力、沟通协调能力；
- 具备一定的培训、市场策划、数据分析能力。
