## Job description

岗位职责
- 结合公司战略，制定内、外部专家资源整体规划；
- 统筹内、外部专家资源的筛选、对接、洽谈及相关合作事宜；
- 组建内、外部专家团队，建立运营流程及管理机制，持续优化；
- 协同内、外部专家，为代理人提供“法律”或“税务”或“海外留学规划”等方面的解决方案。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；法律、税务、金融、保险、 市场营销专业优先；
- 有5年以上高净值客户服务、保险营销解决方案整合相关经验；
- 具有较强的“税务”或“法律”等方面专业能力（二者满足其一即可），项目规划能力、执行能力；
- 有较好的沟通协调能力、组织推动能力和团队管理能力。
