## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责法律文件的审查和合规性评估;
- 参与法律合规相关项目的评审和决策;
- 协助处理法律纠纷和诉讼案件;
- 提供法律合规相关的咨询和建议;
- 跟踪和研究相关法律法规的变化;
- 协助制定和完善内部法律合规政策; 任职资格
- 具备法律相关工作经验，熟悉法律合规相关知识;
- 持有法律职业资格证书或相关法律认证;
- 具备较强的法律文件审查能力;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力;
- 具备一定的团队协作能力;
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力;
