## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司金融板块业务规划、经营分析和队伍管理。
- 统筹公司业务的经营策略制定、客户营销管理、产品交叉销售、数字化平台搭建等工作。
- 明确团队KPI指标分解原则，协助团队公司业务的拓展与落地 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历。 2.5年以上金融行业工作经历，具备中台、公司业务团队从业经验，有风险审批相关经验优先。 3.熟悉当地区域金融市场环境及法律法规，懂公司业务管理、营销策略制定、数字化平台搭建。
