## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定零售业务发展规划，根据业务目标拟定分行零售业务年度计划；
- 分行零售预算目标分解、下达；
- 分行零售业务的日常经营分析和管理；
- 审核零售业务推动方案的合规合理性、评估投入产出，并负责追踪检视。 任职资格 1、3年以上金融相关工作经验； 2、具较强的执行能力； 3、有一定的财务基础，财务实务操作经验；擅长财务分析； 3、有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；熟练运用Office含PPT、EXCEL等 4、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
