## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责业务推动、激励方案策划实施、培训组织和业务追踪；
- 业务目标预估及进行达成监测，业绩未达预期的原因分析，改善跟进；
- 团队及落后团队业务管理会议的组织及参与，监督对应医学管理制度的落地；
- 团队激励方案及荣誉体系的搭建，进行方案追踪及激励兑现。 业务排名等荣誉氛围营造。各团队营销费用的监测、审核、管理；
- 人力指标监测及增员推动，配合合规岗完成服务人员合规及投诉处罚定级，人力费用管理及人员排班、考勤管理；
- 部门内相关立项程序及其他事宜审批推动。
- 整理汇总项目进展及落地中的问题，改进方案的输出，协助领导完成汇报材料的整理。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学背景及有运营工作经验者优先；
- 有3年以上互联网医疗相关工作经验者优先；
- 有团队管理及PMO工作经验；
- 具有一定的总结与逻辑分析能力，有责任心、吃苦耐劳、沟通协调能力强。
