## Job description

岗位职责

### 活动策划与落地
- 围绕健康管理、医养服务、康复护理等领域，结合医养健康产品周期、适应性及核心特点，设计针对性活动方案并组织实施，助力产品规划优化及落地。

### 专家与机构关系维护
- 主动对接知名临床专家、专家协会等核心资源，建立并维护长期良好合作关系，为业务推进、活动开展及产品优化提供专业支持。

### 会议与活动统筹
- 负责线上线下主题活动、学术交流会议等流程策划与执行，包括方案设计、流程把控、现场协调及后续复盘总结。

### 业务协同与支持
- 协同部门人员，基于产品效果与行业动态，为市场策略调整、产品迭代升级提供数据支撑与合理化建议。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，临床医学、预防医学、公共卫生、康复医学、护理学等医疗相关专业背景。
- 具备健康管理、医养或康复领域活动策划经验，熟悉医疗行业特性及产品推广逻辑者优先。
- 具备独立策划各类线上线下活动的能力，能精准结合产品特点与目标人群需求设计方案。
- 善于与临床专家、专家协会及内部团队高效沟通，具备良好的关系维护与资源整合能力。
- 具备较强的项目管理意识，能统筹活动全流程，确保各项工作按时保质落地。
- 责任心强、抗压能力佳，对医养健康行业有浓厚兴趣，具备敏锐的市场洞察力与创新思维。
