## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组建和管理个贷业务团队
- 带领团队拓展消费金融业务外部合作渠道
- 负责个贷客户经理的日常管理、销售推动、产能管理、业务培训、品质管理、资产质量管理等 任职资格 1、2年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验；熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力 2、具有多种实际市场开拓技能，具备较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理建设及组织能力与知识 3、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为
- 全日制本科学历或自考本科有双证；
