## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据现行法律法规及监管规定，负责分中心的业务方案、合同文本规范性的初步审查；提供监管各类调查、检查、调研工作所需的数据、资料、报告；
- 根据卡中心客诉处理原则，处理分中心客诉；落实监管各项消保相关要求；
- 牵头开展分中心的案防合规文化建设与宣传工作，按要求上报合规文化建设和宣传工作总结；组织召开分中心案防季度合规委员会会议；对接其他总部合规、消保事宜；
- 分中心风险数据分析和风险指标管理，包括所有风险相关数据分析支持。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融相关专业经验者优先； 2、1年以上相关工作经验，具备银行业从业经验、熟悉银行业务/信用卡业务流程、风险管理情况，熟悉消费者权益保护相关法律法规及监管要求； 3、积极主动，具有工作热情和动力，能够在压力和紧张环境下有效开展工作。
