## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责权限内协谈案件、申诉案件的处理，确保机构案件处理的正确性
- 负责权限内疑难、复杂案件的处理，解析理赔灰色地带，确保机构案件处理的专业性
- 负责对理赔结果、客户咨询提供专业性的理赔解释，使客户认同公司结论，维护公司品牌形象
- 通过分析、总结理赔实务操作中的各项问题，提出专业性的理赔管理及理赔操作的改进意见，维护提升公司理赔专业水平
- 参与机构编制典型案例及理赔专业培训资料。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有优秀的逻辑推理、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的结果导向型思维
