## Job description

岗位职责 1.医技护管理 1)负责根据业务量数据统筹中心医技护人员排班管理，包括外聘医护人员数量、门诊医生的排班等 2)负责组织医技护人员参加各类岗位技能培训，协助开展专业人员职称评定和科研项目申报管理 2.质量管理
- 协调中心各部门落实总部医疗质量管理要求，对医疗质量进行定期检查，召开各科室工作会议，不断提高医疗水平
- 对中心发生的不良事件及各类质量问题进行分析、上报并组织整改
- 对中心的高风险事件进行分析并运用风险管理工具进行预案演练，严防事故发生 3.医疗纠纷 妥善并及时处理各类医疗纠纷，保障中心权益并维护中心形象
- 证照管理 1)根据公司及监管要求，负责中心权限内医疗相关证的申办、年检(校检)、变更的办理工作，及时满足监管及业务开展需求 2)负责医技护人员(含专职、返聘、兼岗等)执业资格的转入与转出、年检、变更等工作，保障中心医技护人员资质证照管理满足监管要求 5.医政事务 根据公司下发的各项管理制度，拟定适用本中心的医疗规章制度、依法执业管理、医疗技术及会诊等 6.监管对接 负责对接区域检测中心的卫生主管机构，对相关部门人员的检查、巡视等到访做提前准备 7.领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 具有医务相关工作经验3年及以上；
- 熟悉医疗相关证件的申办、年检(校验)、变更等工作;
- 责任心强，具有较强的沟通、协调能力;
- 具备较强的组织管理能力，注重团队协作，有较强的工作计划性，能独立解决复杂问题。
