## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务部管理

规划与组织业务部保费计划的完成，对各 项业务指标的达成负责，对分部、业务经理队伍进行日常管理； 2．产品设计：负责团体属地化产品自主设计； 3．渠道业务开拓：负责渠道业务开拓； 4．业务支持：对所辖业务部进行销售支援和人员调配； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1．45周岁以下，特别优秀者可放宽至50周岁以下。 2．大学本科（含自考）及以上学历。 3．10年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验。
