## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责评估健康险等业务承保可行性，设计承保定价方案
- 负责健康险特定细分市场分析和客户需求洞察，开发个非新产品，确定产品定位、宣传策略及销售推动方案
- 负责特定渠道对接，提供渠道支持，结合渠道特点优化产品方案及落地策略，协同队伍挖掘商机，为落地业务贡献增量
- 完成上级交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备医学相关专业背景
- 具备良好的业务敏感性和逻辑分析能力，有医学核保经验者优先
- 熟练掌握PPT、Excel等办公软件，文字功底良好
- 具有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力，具备较强的责任心和团队合作意识
