## Job description

岗位职责 1、负责组织开展本机构机构经纪业务工作，承接公司机构经纪业务目标； 2、建设与管理机构经纪业务团队； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具备证券从业资格 ；
- 三年以上证券销售管理经验或5年以上金融机构同等岗位工作经验；
- 具有公私募和上市公司、机构客户、金融同业资源，熟悉相关业务开拓；
- 有较强的团队管理能力、组织能力、亲和力、培训授课能力。
