## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据上级分行定位与发展规划，组织制定分行中长期业务发展规划并监督实施；
- 组织落实上级分行下达的业务年度经营计划与产品营销计划，组织落实各项对公业务经营指标；
- 根据市场需要组织策划重要对公产品的销售活动；组织开展分行重要客户的公关与协助做好解决方案。
- 根据本地市场需求，组织适应性产品创新和业务创新；组织本分行公司银行业务管理制度、操作办法及业务流程制定修改，提高业务运行效率；
- 组织推动公司业务团队、客户经理管理制度的实施，提高全行公司银行业务队伍的业务素质和战斗力，开展分行公司业务队伍建设，确保公司业务人员的稳定及发展；
- 与本地监管、政府机构及同业单位的业务联系。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，符合监管对商业银行分行管理人员的任职资格要求； 2. 8年及以上银行或金融领域管理相关经验，熟悉银行对公业务和各种金融产品，特别优秀者可适当放宽； 3. 具备“战略能上、落地能下”的管理和执行力，熟悉银行对公业务和各种金融产品； 4. 纪律及合规意识强，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
