## Job description

岗位职责
- 按规定流程负责报销单取回工作；
- 按规定流程负责报销单及增值税专用发票抵扣联的接单工作；
- 根据帐套、公司段对单据进行分练整理；
- 对实物报销单、增值税专用发票及专票抵扣联初步审核、扫描上传；
- 对已派工非标件及时流转并跟进确认标件完成情况；
- 对已付款未交单的报销人员进行催办；
- 对下划机构的报销单据、发票进行邮寄。 任职资格
- 财会、金融类专业优先；
- 能熟练运用OFFICE软件，有资料整理、档案管理、发票打印经验者优先；
- 具有风险意识，主动上报作业问题，积极提出合理化建议；
- 工作认真仔细，沟通能力强，抗压能力强。
