## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务战略及管理理念，设计优化医疗集团薪酬体系、薪酬策略；
- 完善医疗集团薪酬管控相关政策、管理制度及流程；
- 参与集团短、中、长期激励方案设计并实施落地，包含年度调薪方案、项目激励方案、年度奖金方案、长期激励方案等；
- 负责行业年度薪酬调研，梳理岗位薪酬数据对标，分析薪酬竞争力；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有3-5年同岗位经验，有大型咨询公司、或大型医院集团、或市场化医院工作经验优先，熟悉薪酬管理各种工具；
- 踏实肯干，严谨细致，善于沟通协调，有较强的逻辑分析能力和项目推进能力；
- 良好的职业道德，保密意识强，真诚、有责任心。
