## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、ai视觉创作与素材库搭建

运用主流AI工具，搭建银行全场景高质量营销素材库，覆盖社媒、APP、线下等多元营销场景。 2、内容策略与转化提升：拆解社媒金融内容爆款逻辑，以转化为核心优化AI视觉策略，驱动营销效果提升。 3、规范体系与合规管理：建立银行AIGC视觉规范与合规标准，确保AI产出符合金融监管及品牌要求。 4、效率提升与技术探索：沉淀金融场景AI关键词与模板，探索多模态技术在金融营销的创新应用。 任职资格

### 基本经验
- 本科及以上学历，视觉传达/数字媒体/交互设计相关专业，3年以上设计相关工作经验。

### 工具能力
- 精通主流AIGC工具及各大设计软件，具备AI+人工协同创作能力。

### 专业素养
- 审美与视觉把控力强，熟悉金融行业调性与营销逻辑，具备数据思维与风险敏感度。

### 合规认知
- 了解金融合规要求，能制定适配银行场景的AIGC内容审核标准。
