## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责平安银行App公共频道页面，包括但不限于首页、个人中心、活动中心、分行专区、营销板块、活跃场景建设等核心高频流量阵地的用户增长能力实现。
- 持续优化App端的用户体验，能够准确理解用户需求和商业目标，促进App的用户活跃、交易转化和留存复购等核心事项达成；
- 深刻理解本行业务模式，结合用户访谈、数据分析和竞品研究等多种方式，驱动产品场景有序成长，沉淀可运营能力。 任职资格

### 学历与年龄
- 本科及以上学历，具备优秀的用户型产品思维方式和产品设计能力，有多个完整前端产品设计实施及落地经验优先；
- 对数据敏感，能从数据中发现问题，并且乐于帮助用户解决问题，能够结合业务特性和问题本质，提出合理的规划和方案设计；
- 善于沟通，自驱力强，以结果为导向，积极推动项目落地，识别风险并解决问题，确保项目质量和用户体验；
