## Job description

岗位职责

### 构建人才培养体系
- 搭建覆盖不同人群的发展体系，完善高潜人才选拔、培养、评价及任用机制，确保人才供应链高效运转。

### 夯实关键岗位继任
- 识别关键岗位，推进继任人选盘点与人岗匹配，支持人才梯队建设。

### 落实绩效管理机制
- 完善绩效管理机制，持续优化平台建设，有序推动绩效管理执行落地。 任职资格 1、人力资源背景，在高潜识别、继任梯队搭建等领域有丰富的独立落地经验者优先 2、5年以上头部咨询公司或大型企业人才培养/发展、绩效方面实战经验
